Align Your Spine
Your spine is not straight and that’s ok. You have 24 moveable vertebrae that together holds you upright and enables you to move. It is your axis from which you twist and turn, lengthen and shorten, bend and straighten and it functions best when it moves. From this perspective, spinal alignment is about the ability of your spine to articulate in any direction.
Join our online Saturday Special class August 1 to connect to your axis, sense your vertebrae and explore how your spine articulates as you turn, flex and extend.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
