Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) Class
After a long 2+ years, we are joyfully organized to resume “in person” Awareness through Movement Feldenkrais classes.
Like all good Feldenkrais things, we are starting small and slow and capping class attendance to 8 people. This maintains a comfortable physical distance and fortuitously creates a more personalized class.
Health & Safety: Studio mats and common surfaces are sanitized (before and after classes) with Benefect (an EPA registered bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal sanitized capable of killing coronavirus. In addition to the increased sanitization, a HEPA filtration system will be running between classes to purify the air.
What to bring: A towel for under your head and your own mat if you prefer.

Classes are open to all experience levels and conditions. Each student learns according to their own needs, abilities, and rate of progress.
