Easing Tight Shoulders
Does staying at home have you slouching -I mean sitting- more?
Many of us are finding it challenging adjusting to staying home in efforts to stay healthy. Along with the social changes we are also sitting more than normal (reading, watching television, working on computers and devices) and slouching as a result.
Join us and help relieve stress and strain we hold in our shoulders, neck and hips.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
