Do you end the day with tense, round shoulders, a tight, sore back, or feeling just a little bit shorter?
Join our online classes this week and learn how movement can create expansion and space from your feet to your fingers, and all points in-between. Explore the ways the Feldenkrais method helps us stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
