Reach and Roll
Not everything you reach for is directly in front of you – sometimes it’s higher, lower, more to the left, over on the right or all the way in the back of the cupboard.
Functional reaching is rarely in one direction; very often it is “reaching and”… turning, lengthening, bending.
Join our online classes this week to follow all your available trajectories of reaching, and maybe discover a new path as well.
Explore the ways the Feldenkrais method helps us stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.
It’s a free app and can be accessed here: http://zoom.us/signup
After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
