Most daily tasks and exercises involve repetitive movements of your arms and legs. That’s great for getting things done but it neglects a critical part of you – your centre.
Join our online classes this week and delve into classic Feldenkrais integration. Connect your limbs to your centre and your centre to your limbs so that by the end you are moving as a dynamic whole. You might just find you are greater than the sum of your parts.
Explore the ways the Feldenkrais method helps us stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
