EVEN HEALTHIER HIPS!
If staying at home means you are moving less than you are used to, your hips might be feeling it.
Join our online classes as we continue to explore the ways the Feldenkrais method helps us stay healthy and comfortable as we all adapt to staying at home.
This week learn some easy ways to release stiffness and tension and keep your hips moving with a sense of fluidity and grace.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.
It’s a free app and can be accessed here: http://zoom.us/signup
After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
