Your Moveable Spine: Flex and Extend with Ease. 


Your spine is your dynamic center –  designed to both support and stabilize you as well as help you move.

Flexion and extension are two primary movements organized by the spine which we all mastered as infants when we learned to sit, crawl, stand and walk.  Sitting for long stretches (often on poorly designed chairs) reduces the need to flex and extend and as a result, your spine might feel a little less moveable.

 

Join our online classes this week to reconnect to the inherent movement of your spine and relearn how a healthy spine organizes movement throughout the body.

 

Explore the ways the Feldenkrais method helps us stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.

As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.

The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

It’s a free app and can be accessed here: http://zoom.us/signup      

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
