Your skeleton is designed to support you without effort so your muscles can move you with just enough effort.

Join our online classes this week and connect to the synergy between your musculature and your bones, refine your awareness of your skeleton and give your muscles the chance to relax.

Explore the ways the Feldenkrais method helps us stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.

As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.

The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

It’s a free app and can be accessed here: http://zoom.us/signup

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
