No More Pain in the Neck, Shoulders & Upper Back
Everyday we do a myriad of tasks that put stress and strain on the muscles of our neck, shoulders, and upper back: sitting at a computer, driving a car, even talking on the phone. Of course, the culprit is not the task itself, but rather the way in which we perform it using poor posture and faulty movement patterns.
In this workshop Marion Harris will teach simple, yet effective Feldenkrais lessons that will help ease muscular tension, enabling daily tasks to be performed with comfort, fluidity and No More Pain in the Neck, Shoulders & Upper Back.
