The hip is a ball-and-socket joint constructed for movement in many directions, including rotation; while the knee, which is a hinge, is meant to bend and extend but not rotate. Unfortunately many movement patterns we develop overtime contradict or interfere with these natural movements. Discover better, more efficient ways to move your hips and knees to avoid injury, pain and surgery.
In this workshop you will:

• How to bring full range of motion to your hip and knee joint
• About the interconnectedness of the hips, knees and back
• New strategies to stabilize knees and keep hips loose and limber
