Taking time to take care of ourselves can be challenging in normal circumstances and can be especially difficult with our new uncertain and unfamiliar times.
Join us this Spring for a boost and battle the pandemic blah’s with two months (March & April) of dedicated ‘Me’ time.
Explore the possibilities of flexible minds and flexible bodies.
Invite a deeper understanding from your unique perspective. For those both new and experienced with the Feldenkrais Method and Awareness Through Movement.
Join our online class as we continue to explore the ways the Feldenkrais method helps us stay healthy and comfortable. These classes will be be styled similar to our drop in studio classes where the teacher will determine the focus and theme based on the feedback and interaction from their students and their personal focus and specialty.

PLEASE NOTE – there are no carryovers for unattended classes in bundle. For those unable to join in this special rate you will still be able to register for classes individually at the regular rate of $15 per class.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.
