Experience the ways the Feldenkrais method can help you stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.
Classes are open to all experience levels and conditions. Each student learns according to their own needs, abilities, and rate of progress.
The Feldenkrais Centre brings our Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes directly to you. Classes are presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

**REGISTRATION CLOSES 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF FIRST CLASS.
After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor with the Zoom invitation link to join the online class.
