Balance Within the Feldenkrais Method®:
The Use of Rollers & Props In FI & ATM.  A Post Graduate Workshop  with Yvan Joly, Feldenkrais Trainer and Educational Director

We will review the current scientific understanding of how we learn, maintain and lose balance and how balance relates to our sense of self and our connection to the world around us.

ATM lessons will be selected in order to highlight the various ingredients involved in this process of balancing. Rollers and various props will be used not only in ATM lessons but also in the design of FI lessons. The project is to develop a repertoire of movement situations in order to stimulate our own and our student's sense of balance... and to appreciate the value of such challenges in our own lives.

BYOR: bring your own rollers!
