Historically the winter months are a time to rest, recharge and reflect and to plant the seeds that will take us on a path to a healthier future.
 
One path to wellness is to discover ways that will help us move the way nature intended – with ease and comfort. If you are coping with pain and stiffness, and feel you are not performing at the peak of your capabilities, it is time to join us at The Feldenkrais® Centre.

WINTER Term January 4 - March 27 (12 weeks)
Attend any class on the schedule, create your own Feldenkrais intensive, or book a private session. You are welcome to join ongoing classes at any time. All Classes are one hour long.
